Our Tiny Ninjas program starts at age 3. Lil Ninjas and Jr. Warriors cover older kids, and teens can join the teen and adult BJJ classes.
Do I need experience or to be in shape?
No. Most of our adult students started with zero experience. Classes are coached step by step and you train at your own pace.
